As a professional Pilates instructor my aim is to deliver classes to improve your posture, tone your muscles and develop a strong core. Classes will focus on the principles of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and breathing, enabling you to look and feel better.
Online Mat Pilates
Can’t get to the gym? Online Pilates will enable you to kick start your day or can be part of your evening workout. One hour sessions offered at least three times per week: attend as frequently as suits you.
Small Group Mat Classes

Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, Pilates will improve your health and wellbeing. Build your strength through a series of exercises designed to challenge.
Private 1-1 or couples
Look Good – Feel Good
Prefer to work individually or with your partner? These classes will allow for more 1-1 attention and will be tailored to specific body needs.
